First off, don't worry! We can work with you to resolve the issue.
If a book is lost, please come to the circulation desk at the front of the library to let us know.
If you think that you returned the item, library staff will search the shelves for the item. If the item is not yet overdue, circulation staff will continue to search for the item. Once the item is overdue for 10 days, a replacement fee will be assessed. If a book is not found, the person who checked out the book will be charged either the actual replacement cost or a default $90 replacement fee.
If a book has been damaged, please bring it in for us to review. Damaged books will be assessed by our Resource Management Department to see how bad the damage is. If the book is no longer usable, a replacement fine will be levied. Payment may be made at the circulation desk or by phone using a credit card.
